Este proyecto pretende crear la base para la construcción de interfaces de usuario para aplicaciones que van a utilizar ciudadanos y funcionarios. Ponemos un foco especial en entender que los usuarios pueden tener muchas maneras diversas de utilizar nuestras aplicaciones, conforme a la diversidad funcional de cada usuario. Por eso el diseño de este sistema de diseño está muy condicionado por sus requisitos de accesiblidadaccesibilidad.
